About Rich

  • Doctor of Physiotherapy (2016)

  • Bachelor of Exercise Physiology

Rich holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University, following completion of a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW. He further developed his clinical expertise through a highly competitive internship with Stanford University’s Athletic and Sports Medicine departments in the United States, where he worked with athletes to assess, treat, and optimise performance.

He has experience in private practice, managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across both athletic and general populations. With a strong interest in performance-based rehabilitation, Rich focuses on load management, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention to help clients return to and perform at their best.

As an active triathlete himself, Rich understands firsthand the physical demands of training and competition. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him training, staying active, and maintaining an unhealthy obsession with the Sydney Swans.

Clinical Focus:

  • Shoulder pain and instability

  • Tendon-related conditions

  • Knee and hip osteoarthritis

  • Overuse injuries

  • Athletic rehabilitation and performance

While these are common areas of focus, I treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.
